CL Family Consulting LLC (CLFC) is a registered investment advisor (RIA) based in Nevada and Massachusetts, with its headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada. Established in Massachusetts in 2020 and registered in Nevada in 2023, CLFC’s founder, Max Lu, collaborates with KEDP to assist KEDP’s clients and prospective clients in opening investment accounts in the U.S., particularly with prominent and established U.S. investment advisers. CLFC connects these clients to unaffiliated registered investment advisers in the U.S., with whom CLFC has established agreements.
Max Lu is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) based in Las Vegas, NV. He previously worked in corporate mergers and acquisitions at an investment bank in New York City. Prior to starting his business, he graduated with distinction from Cornell University's SC Johnson College of Business.
