Founder, Chairman

Peter Lu served as a partner at Ernst & Young Taiwan for 15 years, focusing on cross-border wealth transfer, family trust planning, investment holding structures, and international personal tax planning for the Chinese community. He also worked at the Taipei National Tax Administration of the Ministry of Finance for 5 years, accumulating 30 years of experience in tax planning. He is currently the head of KEDP Group, the managing partner of KEDP CPAs Firm, a supervisor of KEDP Charity Trust Foundation, and an executive director of Boai Foundation Limited in Singapore. In the 1980s, Peter Lu established the personal tax division at Ernst & Young Taiwan, pioneering personal tax and family business asset planning services in Taiwan.

In the 1990s, recognizing the global tax needs of the Chinese diaspora during China's rise as an economic power, he founded the China Tax Division at Ernst & Young Taiwan. He began assisting clients across the US, China, and Taiwan, promoting a global approach to asset planning and comprehensive consideration of family asset management, preservation, and children's education. Peter Lu has visionary insight and innovative abilities. For 30 years, he has continuously studied the tax laws of the US, China, Taiwan, and other countries and their interrelations. He collaborates with lawyers and accountants from the US, Singapore, and Hong Kong to provide high-net-worth Chinese clients with detailed global asset planning. In recent years, Peter Lu has devoted himself to charity, establishing the KEDP Charity Trust Foundation and rallying influential individuals to support underprivileged communities in Taiwan, contributing his efforts to those in need.
