After graduating from Soochow University, YT Chen joined one of the Big Four accounting firms, Ernst & Young, where he worked in the audit department for 18 years. During his time at EY, he served in various offices, including Taipei, Hsinchu, and Taoyuan, handling clients in the technology and manufacturing industries. He also worked with publicly listed companies in the US, assisting clients with SOX 404 compliance and undergoing three PCAOB inspections, which provided him with extensive experience in dealing with Taiwan's securities regulators and PCAOB reviews. Currently working in the personal tax department at KEDP, YT Chen hopes to combine his extensive experience in corporate tax to provide more customized services to clients.
